Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking on a Simplifi course, whether you pay by card through our ticket page or by monthly instalments through GoCardless. By booking you agree to them, including the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations more than 30 days prior to the course, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course, or no-shows, no refund will be available.
• Where the fee is paid in instalments, the full fee remains payable; cancelling the Direct Debit does not end it.
• Swapping your course date can only be done up to 30 days prior to the course date, and may be subject to an administrative fee.
• In the extremely unlikely event that Simplifi Courses has to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled promptly. Simplifi Courses cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by this.

Our Simplifi Course team works hard to plan and prepare the course for you well ahead of your course date, including venue, equipment and materials, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Paying by instalments

Instalments spread the same course fee over fixed monthly payments at 0% APR. The cancellation policy above applies to the full course fee. Payments are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless and are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
